History of Baw
BAW - abbreviation for Chinese automobile Corporation Beijing Automobile Works, created in 1958 and became the second company in China that produces cars. The merger in 2001 with a workshop for the Assembly of the Beijing auto has paved the way for the establishment of a joint venture under the name of Beijing Automobile Works Co., Ltd.
Company as its head of production are located in Beijing in the area of Choung. Today it is one of the largest topoisomerase companies in the capital of China. It manufactures and distributes more than 100,000 cars per year. The company's product range is diverse. BAW produces as cars, SUVs, pickups and minivans, small trucks and special vehicles. Currently all models the company has about 150 configurations. It is worth noting that the company is working closely with the army of China and its supplier.
The first factory Beijing Automobile Works Co., Ltd, as noted above, was opened in the industrial area of Beijing. The second is also in Beijing, but in the area of Shunya. The company pays great attention to the organization of a dealer network that covers the whole country.

In Russia the company's factory is located in Ulyanovsk region and is focused on the production of light trucks, vans and cars.
