History of Bremach

The story of the brand began in the 1950's, when in the small town of Varese company appeared Bremach Industry. Originally future firm with a worldwide reputation specialized in the production of three-wheeled trucks which were issued by companies that formed it. One of the projects - Aeronautica Macchi became the starting point for the development and implementation of a small three-wheeled trucks for transportation of a small amounts of cargo over short distances. So there were many models Bremach. Only in the 1970s, the company began development of vehicles with four-wheel base.
From 1960 to 1980-th years in Italy produced a whopping 6 models of three-wheeled trucks under the brand Bremach. Subsequently, this range was reduced to one 1.5 ton car.
The main impetus to the development of the company was the cooperation with a major manufacturer of trucks and power units - company Iveco. From this moment begins the history of the popularity of cars Bremach. The most famous all-wheel drive model - GR has received numerous recognitions worldwide. In their modifications GR35 and GR45 she was featured in numerous exhibitions and showrooms. At a power of 75 HP motor, a volume of 2.5 liters clearly lost to competitors, but the set turbo allowed to increase the capacity up to 103 HP and solved this problem.
In 2000 year the company merged with representatives of the automotive world, as MINES MECCANOTECNICA and Pro. DE.
In 2001 and 2002, the company completely reinvents the all-wheel drive family, releasing a series of Extreme. New vehicles comply with Euro-3 standards and are widely used.
In 2005 the company became part of the Fiat Group. This led to the reorganization of the company.
The result was not long in coming and a year later, in 2006, the company released the upgraded cars Extreme, Job and Brick with modern streamline shape of the body, a plastic hood and teardrop-shaped headlights. The main difference from the cars series GR became more powerful 146-year-strong engine and air suspension on all wheels. It is possible to increase the maximum speed of 125 km/h and increase its permeability, smooth operation on uneven roads.
In 2008 the world saw the brand new Bremach T-REX, which has completely replaced all older models of the company. Design feature involves the installation of a 6-speed transmission with transfer case in two steps. Thus, the number of steps forward and backward amounted to 24-eat. This allowed us to choose the best for each section of the transmission path. The new cab model has an additional spatial frame of heavy-duty materials, and leaf spring suspension wheels. It is noteworthy that the frame of this level was previously used only in the aerospace industry and in the development of Formula 1.
In 2009, in collaboration with the Ulyanovsk automobile plant Bremach on the chassis of the Bremach T-REX begins the development of a new truck. It was supposed to create a full-fledged SUV with the capacity of 3.5 tons. But the project was frozen and development is not received.
However, in 2011, Bremach has released a new demo car Bremach T-REX EV. It applied only in the world of adaptive spatial framework that copes with overload in 5G.
